Software update for the HaptiSync Hub and HEMC

We tested the movie Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 on our in-office devices (HapticSync Hub, HEMC and Windows PC) and have not found any issues thus far. Please let me know if you are still experiencing the same issue. Some screenshots of your settings on the HapticSync App would be greatly appreciated.

Now the movie is recognized by the HEMC , but the seats are Not moving… seems to be something is broken with the Code….:frowning: i could not Test anymore because i am not at Home for three Weeks. This is a pity…

No, Problem still exist. It’s Not working! All other movies and Series are ok. But Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is not working.He is not recognized by the System …. Can you please re Upload it on my device? I really want to watch the Movie now.
My HEMC is now online, so you can Check the device.
